Mary Capaldo is a licensed dental hygienist who graduated with an associate's degree from Essex County College and a bachelor of science degree from Thomas Jefferson University.
Since the start of her career in 1986, Mary has worked in many private specialty practices, and in several hospitals such as the University of Pennsylvania and Jefferson Hospital.
Her years of focus on disease prevention, patient education, and her own health journey led her to pursue her certifications as a Health Coach in 2020, a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner in 2022, and a Certified SHAPE ReClaimed Practictioner in 2023.
After years of pursuing her own holistic health with other practitioners, Mary now aims to provide affordable, comprehensive care to her own clients, working closely with them to determine what is essential for them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
