Mary Capaldo is a dental hygienist who graduated from Essex County College and Thomas Jefferson University. Since the start of her career in 1986, Mary has worked in many private specialty practices, at the Hospital University of Pennsylvania, and Jefferson Hospital in their dental medicine departments.
Her years of focus on disease prevention, patient education, and her own health journey led her to pursue her certifications as a Health Coach in 2020, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner in 2022, and SHAPE ReClaimed certification in 2023.
Mary is the mother of four adult children as well as a former homeschooler and homeschool administrator. She has been married to her husband John since 1991.
After years of working with other practitioners in her health journey, Mary now aims to provide affordable, comprehensive care to her own clients, working closely with them to determine what is essential for them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
